When can I expect my order to arrive?

We bake our cookies fresh to order, so they will be baked and shipped out fresh. Allow 1-2 business days for order processing until your cookies are shipped. Standard ground shipping is 3-4 business days. For expedited shipping, please email us at julia@hungry-squirrel.com.

What if I'm not satisfied with my product?

If you are unhappy with any part of your Hungry-Squirrel order, PLEASE e-mail us directly at julia@hungry-squirrel.com. If we are unable to solve the problem to your satisfaction we will provide you with a full refund of your cookie purchase.
